Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, Drywall Replacement, Drywall Finishing, Drywall Texturing, Drywall Removal provided by Cruz Drywall Masters. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://cruzdrywallmastersil.com is the property of Cruz Drywall Masters or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Damages. Cruz Drywall Masters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
